These Terms of Use govern access to the Tik Mobiles website (tikmobiles.com). By browsing the site, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the site.
1. What is Tik Mobiles?
Tik Mobiles is a website with editorial and informative content about mobile applications (Android and iPhone), utilities, photos, music, videos, finance, and entertainment. It is maintained by Rodrigo Pereira, the editorial manager, with support from the operations team that keeps the site running. Access is free.
2. The website is not a store.
Tik Mobiles does not sell, distribute, host, or modify applications. There are no installation files (APK or similar) to download here. The installation buttons and links lead to pages on the site itself or to the app's official listing on Google Play or the App Store, where the installation takes place, subject to the store's rules.
This website has no affiliation with the developers of the mentioned applications, nor with Google or Apple. Names, logos, icons, and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the applications discussed in the text.
3. Information about the applications
Each app mentioned is checked against its official store listing: name, developer, rating, presence of ads and in-app purchases. This information reflects the listing as of the date of publication or the article's last revision.
Features, pricing, country availability, system requirements, and app policies change without notice, at the discretion of developers or app stores. Before installing or paying for anything, check the current listing on the app store. If there is a difference between the item and the store listing, the store listing prevails.
4. Your responsibility
The decision to install, register, pay for, or provide data to an application is yours. Read the permissions requested, the privacy policy, and the terms of each app before using it. Tik Mobiles does not provide technical support for applications and does not have access to accounts, billing, refunds, or passwords for third-party services. For that, contact the developer using the contact information provided in the store listing.
5. Permitted use of the site
You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts from the articles, provided you indicate the source and link to the original page. The following is not permitted:
- Copying entire articles or substantial portions to other websites, applications, or printed materials without written permission;
- Use robots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract the contents in bulk;
- Attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with the site's operation, or circumventing security measures;
- Using the contact form to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or offensive content.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, content organization, layout, and images produced for this website belong to Tik Mobiles and are protected by Law 9.610/1998 (copyright). Screenshots, icons, and app names belong to their developers and are used for informational purposes. If you own a trademark or image and believe its use is improper, please write to the email address at the bottom of this page.
7. Advertising
The site is supported by ads displayed on content pages, served by Google (Ad Manager and AdSense). The ads are identified as advertising. Tik Mobiles does not control which advertisers appear nor is it responsible for the advertised offers, and the relationship with the advertiser is directly between you and them. 8. Corrections and content removal

9. Limitation of liability
The content is provided as is, with the care described in section 3, but without any guarantee that it is complete, up-to-date, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Tik Mobiles is not liable for damages arising from the use of third-party applications, websites, or services mentioned in the articles, nor for temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights guaranteed to consumers under Brazilian law.

11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the last revision, and the version published on this page is the one that applies.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the Brazilian courts, respecting, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile. Prior to that, the proposal is to resolve any issues via email.
